1) Project page and private messages page revamp:
a) Enhancement: Some users have had difficulty finding different functions on the project. Others have gotten confused between the project page and the private messages page. Also, the current project page shows everything about the project. Since not all information is needed at different phases of the project, the page takes longer to load than necessary and ends up cluttering and confusing some users.
To fix this: the project page and private messages pages have been revamped and combined into a single, new “look-and feel”. This reduces clutter, makes it easier for users to find other functions on the project page and it loads faster.

i) Control panel/shortcuts
The control panel and shortcuts are quick ways to access the most common things people do on projects. To reduce clutter, the employer/worker control panels and shortcuts are now shown collapsed (rather than fully expanded like before). To access them, the user clicks on one of these links at the top of the project

ii) Tabs:
Rather than showing all the information on one long page (which included much information that was not necessary in that phase), the project information has been split into tabs. These load only the information needed which reduces clutter and makes them faster loading. Also, they are Ajax enabled, so changing tabs does not require reloading the whole page, which again makes them faster to load:
iii) The “private messages” tab now integrates the formerly different “private messages” page into the same look and feel as the project. So when a user is on this page it is still easy for them to know where they are, as well as navigate using the familiar control panel/shortcuts and tabs from the project page:
2) Worker profile:
a) Bug: Pay for time projects were not showing up with the correct icon.

3) Worker payment options: Payoneer
a) Enhancement: Direct deposit (via ACH) is now available to United States workers via Payoneer!
On the payment options screen the following new option is shown:
The following screen now shows additional ACH info
The Payoneer page allows the user to choose between the pre-paid mastercard and direct deposit/ ACH:
Note: existing U.S. Payoneer card holder can change their account to direct deposit/ ACH by contacting: sivank@payoneer.com and sending their bank information [bank name, account number, routing number and account type]
4) General site changes
a) Bug: on the Affiliate Pipeline page there is a drop down that lets you select data for any of the last three months. If the third month in the list was December then it would show the wrong year.
b) Search worker page
i) Enhancement: The ‘Search Workers’ page was limited to 250 results. The limit has been removed and now searches will return all of the records found. This may have slowed down the search if the search terms are too broad.
ii) For qualifications on the search, workers must have logged in at least one year ago (automatically calculated) is now checked. Previously, this was unchecked so all workers would be listed even if they had not logged in for over five years.
iii) The search button is now left aligned instead of right aligned.
5) AccuTimeCard release:
Most of the changes in the new release are for performance improvements and to increase the amount of debugging information we can retrieve.
a) When a user punches in or out we refer to these actions as ‘events’. There are several types of events; punch –in, punch-time, manual-time-punch, punch-out, and punch-out-on-error. Up until now we haven’t been tracking the event types, and this has left us having to guess at what the user was doing. This information is now stored in our database so that we can do better analysis.
b) When a user loses their internet connection we now offer them the offline work feature. When this happens, a dialog window opens up that explains offline work and lets them choose to work offline or not. If the user is not paying attention then this window can stay open indefinitely. When the user finally clicks one of the buttons the application starts back up. This creates a situation where we sometimes see extremely long time gaps between two punch events (several hours). A timer has been added to the dialog window to close it after four minutes and automatically punch the user out.
c) Some users were generating extremely large image files. We have limits on the amount of data that can be sent in at one time. This was causing errors in the application and some images to be lost. We now check the size of the image when it is processed. If it is too large then the image is scaled down.

1) New project tabs change
a. Enhancement: Some users pointed out that a worker posting their first reply on a new project must switch to the bidding tab, which is an extra click that wasn’t required before. Also, if they need to go back to see the description again it can require more. To solve this issue, the “post first reply” section was added to the bottom of the “Description” tab. So now they don’t need to make any extra clicks to do this.

1) Project attachment download bug
a. Bug: project attachments worked properly when a user went directly to the project description tab and downloaded it. However, if they happened to load the private message tab first and then switched to the description tab, they would get an error and not be able to download the attachment.
Fix: The private message page was missing Javascript necessary to download the attachment. The javascript was added which fixed the problem.
